For large items like power racks and treadmills, shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. Smaller accessories usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer professional assembly services?

Yes, we partner with certified technicians to offer in-home assembly for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout for all major equipment.

What is your return policy for fitness gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, wearable items like sweatbands or compression gear must be unopened.

Is there a warranty on Elite Fitness products?

All our strength equipment comes with a lifetime frame warranty and a 2-year warranty on moving parts. Electronic components are covered for 1 year.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the continental United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and import duties are calculated automatically based on your location.
